benefitting Advantage Lancaster
Saturday, September 5th and Sunday, September 6th 2026
The Labor of Love Charity Tournament is RCW’s way of giving back—by supporting a local organization that’s making a powerful impact in the lives of young people. Advantage Lancaster is a nonprofit that empowers youth through mentorship, education, and opportunity. We’re honored to welcome Advantage Lancaster students to RCW for tennis clinics throughout the year, and proud to host this annual event as a way to rally our community around a great cause.
This year marks the 6th anniversary of the Labor of Love Tournament. Enjoy two full days of tournament action with Tennis Men’s & Women’s Doubles, Tennis Mixed Doubles, Pickleball, and Padel events.
General Tournament Details:

Registration Deadline: Friday, August 28th (for guaranteed t-shirt)

Limit: 1 event per day, per player

Awards for 1st and 2nd place in all events

Entry includes great competitive play, a tournament T-shirt, Food provided both days, and beer & soda throughout the weekend

Payment due at check-in — cash or check made payable to Advantage Lancaster

Cost: $60/1 day or $100/2 days

6.0, 7.0, 8.0, 9.0+
Sunday, September 6th
Mixed Doubles
6.0, 7.0, 8.0, 9.0+

Pickleball Tournament
Sunday, September 6th
Approx. 12pm start time

Mixed Gender Round Robin Style Tournament
Format: Sign up individually. Players will be placed in level-based groups for round robin play! Each player will partner with every other player in the group. Each player will receive points based on each result.
*Pickleball Tournament to be played indoors, but may be cancelled if inclement weather
Padel Tournament
Saturday, September 5th
2.5 hour Round Robin Tournament

About Advantage Lancaster
Advantage Lancaster is a program designed to provide inner city youth with a variety of choices intended to create a “winning life plan”.
Our cornerstone belief is that all children can develop and become positive members of society when they are given the opportunities to be successful. All participants, after completing the Advantage Lancaster program, will be equipped with the skills and aptitude needed to navigate their way through their primary academic career and on to some form of Higher Education thus increasing their opportunities to succeed.
