Ricky Pabon

Strength & Conditioning Coach

Meet Ricky Pabon, a 37-year-old Lancaster County native who has dedicated a significant portion of his life to various pursuits. Ricky graduated from Lampeter Strasburg High School in 2004 and embarked on a six-year journey in the Army starting in 2006, serving as a Military Police Officer.

During his military service, Ricky discovered his passion for fitness and helping others, which laid the foundation for his subsequent career. Upon concluding his Army service in 2012, Ricky pursued higher education at Shippensburg University, where he honed his skills and knowledge, earning a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science.

In 2012, Ricky officially commenced his career in Strength and Conditioning, amassing an impressive 12 years of experience transforming lives in the fitness industry. A true embodiment of his principles, Ricky has actively participated in multiple Spartan races, including the Ultra—a grueling 30-mile obstacle course race. His athletic journey extends to wrestling, football, baseball, and avid running, with accomplishments ranging from marathons and half marathons to a triathlon.

Currently enrolled at Liberty University, Ricky is on track to earn his Master of Science in Fitness and Performance, with an expected graduation date in May 2024. Reflecting his coaching philosophy, Ricky embraces the quote adorning his favorite coffee mug: "A great coach can change a life."
