2023 RCW Racquet Sports Camp
We are thrilled to add two weeks of a NEW Specialty Summer Camp to our calendar this year! Our Racquet Sports Camp will include three of the hottest sports combined into one awesome camp:
Padel, Pickleball, and Tennis!

Who is this camp for?
This camp is really intended for children ages 7-17 years old. Whether your child has experience with 1 (or more) of the sports included or not, we'll have them in an age/experience based group to allow them to feel comfortable and excited for the week! Our coaches are well-versed in working with kids of all levels and athletic backgrounds, so there are no expectations for what your child should know/be able to do prior to camp!
What is the focus of the camp?
We are so excited to program a Sports Camp that highlights three fast-growing racquet sports--
Padel, Pickleball, and Tennis! Our coaches will focus on providing an appropriate experience for each child, depending on their background knowledge and experience!
Beginner or brand new player? We'll teach the basics of the game/rules and get them started in a positive direction! By the end of the week, they'll be able to take you out on the courts and show you what they've learned!
Intermediate/Advanced player in one of the sports? We'll talk strategy and practice different games!
In addition to the individual sports, our overarching philosophy at RCW encourages skill development off the court, also. We'll develop Social Skills like communication and teamwork, Mental Skills like problem-solving and resourcefulness, and Physical Skills like agility, balance, and speed.
All Racquet Sports Camp runs Monday-Friday and 9am-3pm.
What does my child need to bring?
If your child has a tennis racquet, (s)he should bring it! However, we have all racquets/paddles that children can borrow during camp time.
Children should bring a packed lunch and water bottle each day.
Because camp will be held outdoors, we recommend applying sunscreen prior to arriving each morning!
