RCW Athletic Club has been a cornerstone of Lancaster’s racquet-sports community for nearly fifty years. Formerly known as Racquet Club West, it was the area’s very first tennis facility and has served generations of players. When The Zink Family—George and Lauren, together with Ben—purchased and reimagined the club in 2020, they set out to honor its legacy while bringing fresh energy, modern upgrades, and new opportunities for the community.

Since then, RCW has evolved into a vibrant, multi-sport destination. Our six indoor courts now feature state-of-the-art lighting and ceiling enhancements, complemented by eight fully renovated outdoor Har-Tru courts. We’ve expanded into padel with two beautiful outdoor courts and a community that grows by the week. Pickleball programming, introduced in 2022, is now offered seven days a week and continues to thrive. Members can also enjoy a compact but powerful fitness space featuring Peloton Bikes, a Peloton Tread, selector weight machines, and a Pilates reformer. With a welcoming lobby, front desk team, and spacious viewing areas, RCW is designed for players, families, and fans alike. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or brand new to the game, you’ll find a home here.
