TOURNAMENT INFORMATION:

• This doubles only closed level 4 tournament is closed to Middle States Section Players only

• One day tournament

• Girls 12s will be held on Saturday, May 21st

• Girls 16s will be held on Sunday, May 22nd

• Teams may apply to two closed level 4 age divisions--they will be selected to the higher age division if they qualify for both. You may not play on both days of the tournament. 

• If applying to two age division, you must apply with the same partner. 

• 16 Team Draws -- First Match losers consolation draw (two matches guaranteed)

• 3rd/4th playoff will be played

• A minimum of 4 teams must register in order for an age division to run

MATCH FORMAT:

• Best of 3 sets, no ad scoring, with a 10 point match tiebreak in lieu of 3rd set

• Players must email the tournament director with their intended partner before entries close if you cannot indicate your partner online

• No Late Entries Accepted

Refund Policy/Withdrawing Before Entries Close:

• Players can withdraw themselves online any time before the tournament deadline. For instructions on how to withdraw, click here:   WITHDRAW.  No charge is made before the tournament deadline.  AFTER THE DEADLINE HAS PASSED, NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED IF A PLAYER IS SELECTED AND UNABLE TO PLAY FOR ANY REASON.

• Online registration is required and needs to be COMPLETED before the entry deadline. In the case of a technical problem, contact the USTA MS Junior Competition Department at jrcomp@ms.usta.com BEFORE THE ENTRY DEADLINE. The time stamp on the email needs to be BEFORE the entry deadline.
